Over 20 years Al Nagler saw the incredible design flexibility afforded by the Petzval layout. Al's creative use of glass combinations and design in this layout has raised the performance bar for fast, short focal length refractors.

In fact, no other design type affords the freedom to simultaneously correct for: coma, astigmatism, secondary spectrum, spherical abberation, and spherochromatism to the degree we've achieved with the Tele Vue NP101.

Manufacturing advances in lens finishing, including interferometric monitoring of every surface, and Tele Vue's stringent assembly procedure, insure uniformly excellent telescopes.

The Tele Vue NP101 will feature our 2" Everbrite diagonal, new compression ring locking for the focuser, diagonal, and 1¼" reducing adapter. An accessory soft airline carry bag is also available".
