Open Box, Ex-Demonstration and Second-Hand Astronomical Equipment From SCS Astro

SCS Astro offers three types of pre-used astronomical equipment.

1. Open Box - Usually equipment that has been reviewed in magazines. Probably used only
once and therefor in excellent condition.

2. Ex-Demonstration - Equipment previously set up in our shop. May have cosmetic
blemishes, but apart from that, in good condition.

3. Second-Hand - If you buy a telescope from SCS Astro we will advertise your old instrument
on our web site free of charge. We merely act as an intermedierry between seller and buyer,
passing on the sellers details to the potential buyer. We do not take a commission or make
any charges.

Obviously we cannot guarantee a sale. However, if your instrument is of good make and
quality, and the asking price is realistic, you should not have too much difficulty attracting a
buyer.
