This really is a superb book and the best we have found to help the novice astronomer find
their way around the sky.
Each object covers 2 pages containing three or four illustrations showing the view with the
naked eye, through the finderscope and through the telescope. The text describes Where to
Look, In the Finderscope, In the Telescope, Comments and What You're Looking At.
Unlike many similar books, the object descriptions are for users of SMALL telescopes.
Apart from a couple of stupid remarks about computer controlled telescopes and CCD
cameras, this is a great book and I recommend it highly.
